One of my all time favorite foods in wings. Although I’m not the only one in the family who loves them, my husband absolutely adores them as well. Since both of us them I love exploring new flavors whenever I cook them.
These wings are so easy to make. They are also delicious and fulfilling. They are sweet but tangy and by baking them they turn out crunchy on the outside but oh so tender and juicy on the inside.
The sauce for these start off with my Homemade Apricot Jam that has been passed down for generations. Followed by my homemade Italian dressing. If you don’t want to make these two components feel free to buy them at the nearest grocery store.
This recipe makes around 2.5 lbs which is enough for our family of 4. If you plan on serving these at a party I would definitely double or triple this recipe as they will be a big hit.
By making my homemade apricot jam you will have enough for these wings plus extra for some toast, waffles or even pancakes. The Italian Dressing is so simple and easy to make and will take you about 5 minutes to whip it up! These two recipes really make a difference in the flavor of these wings. If you have the time I would definitely make them from scratch.
So are you ready to make some wings?
